What types
of payment do you accept?
Credit
Card (Online or By Phone)
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
If you are shipping to an address other than your credit card billing
address, the alternate address must be on file with your credit card company.
You can submit your credit card payment online instantly via our secure
checkout, or call us at (609)971-2700 to pay by phone.
Paypal
Account
Paypal payments (via credit card, bank account, E-check or Paypal balance)
are welcome with a confirmed shipping address. Please allow up to 5 business
days for E-checks to clear prior to shipping.
Check
or Money Order
We also accept checks or money orders made payable to Metro Music
LLC. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank in
U.S. dollars. Please allow up to 5 business days for checks to clear prior
to shipping.
What is
Paypal?
Paypal (an eBay company)
is a free online payment tool that enables any individual or business
with an e-mail address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive
payments online. PayPal allows you to send money to individuals and businesses
by credit card or bank account transfer without giving out your credit
card or bank account information to that individual or business. Payment
is instant, and there is no charge to send money.
How
can I order by mail?
It's easy! Shop at our Web site just as you would if you were ordering
online. During checkout, select "Phone/Mail Order" under payment
options, and when you have completed the checkout process, you will receive
an order summary by e-mail, which you can print and mail with your payment.
Shipping
What shipping
carrier do you use?
Most items are shipped Fedex Ground directly from the manufacturer.
Some smaller items may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, and some larger
orders may be sent by freight (e.g., Roadway Express, USF Holland, etc.).
Do you
offer expedited/rush delivery?
Expedited shipping may be available for certain items for an additional
charge - please call us at (609)971-2700 for a quote and availability.
We do not offer expedited or rush delivery through our Website at this
time.
Do you
ship internationally?
Our products are available for ground shipping only in the lower 48
US states. Due to size and weight restrictions, air shipping for most
items to regions outside the lower 48 US states would be cost-prohibitive.
We encourage you to consult the Auralex Web site for a list of international
distributors that serve your region.
Returns
What is
your return policy?
Most items may be returned within 30 days of shipment date for a refund
of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order
was eligible for Free Shipping, our outbound shipping cost will be deducted
from your refund.
We can only
accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with
all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consists of any included
parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual without
user's notes or markings. Packaging includes all inner and outer packaging,
complete with the original barcode affixed. We do not accept returns of
partial boxes or individual components of a kit. Items not returned in
the condition described here may be subject to refusal of return or a
restocking fee. Items marked "Special Order" are not returnable.
If an exchange
is needed as a result of defect or our mistake, we pay the shipping charges
- both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement
item.
