Free
Ground Shipping on Everything in our Store - No Minimum Purchase!
Since many items in our store ship directly from the manufacturer, we
pass the savings on to you, with free ground shipping to the continental
US on everything in our store, even heavy and oversized items.
Direct-ship
items are shipped by FedEx Ground from the manufacturer in Indiana. Some
smaller items may be shipped by U.S. Mail depending on size and weight.
Larger orders may be shipped by freight. Expedited shipping may be available
for an additional charge - please call us at (609) 971-2700 for a quote.
If an item
is returned, our outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

No
P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs
FedEx Ground cannot deliver to post office boxes or military
APOs/FPOs, so please make sure to provide a valid street address for shipping.
Alaska,
Hawaii and U.S. Territories
We do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories for orders
placed by phone; however, our Website is currently
set up to accept online orders shipping to the continental U.S. only. For
shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. territories, please contact
us for a shipping quote (free shipping does not apply).
International
Shipping
We do offer international shipping by Airmail for select non-oversized items.
For international shipping costs, please email us
for a shipping quote. We accept international payments by Paypal only, and
buyers are responsible for paying customs fees/VAT upon delivery.
When
Will I Receive My Order?
Three
factors determine when you will receive your order: order processing time,
item availability and transit time:
Order
Processing: Orders paid by Credit Card or instant Paypal payment
are processed the same day. Payments by eCheck (Paypal) generally require
4 business days to clear before your order is processed. Orders paid by
personal or business check may be held for up to 4 business days for clearing
before the order is processed for shipment.
Item
Availability: When you add an item to your cart, the "Availability"
column shows an estimate of how soon that item will ship (most items are
"2-5 business days"). Please note this is an estimate of when
it will be sent out, not when you will receive it. This date is an estimate
from the manufacturer and can change. If an item you order is temporarily
backordered, we will contact you with an expected shipping date.
Transit
Time: Most items ship by FedEx Ground directly from the manufacturer
in Indianapolis, Indiana. We receive your FedEx Ground tracking number(s)
from the manufacturer the day after your order has shipped and
then forward the tracking information to you. The chart below shows estimated
transit times via FedEx Ground:

In the event
an item is being shipped by alternative methods (USPS Priority Mail or
private trucking company), we will notify you by email and will include
tracking information or an estimated delivery date.
Undeliverable/Refused
Packages
FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery generally make three attempts to deliver
a package. Some items in our catalog are oversized and will require a signature
upon delivery; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion
to determine whether a signature is required. If FedEx returns a package
to us because it was refused or undeliverable to the shipping address you
provided, a 25% restocking fee will apply. |
